Delete your Cyber Zone account

One account works on cyberzone.lv, in the Cyber Zone app and at the club. You can delete it in any of three ways — the result is the same.

Profile → Delete account → confirm.

3. By email

Write to info@cyberzone.lv from the address the account is registered with. We will delete it within 30 days and reply.

What is deleted

• name, phone and email in the profile and in the website sign-in;
• password and all sessions — you can no longer sign in;
• newsletter subscription;
• phone addresses for booking reminders;
• the club card is anonymised.

What is kept

Bookings, orders and session history stay in the club records but are no longer linked to your name, phone or email. Details on issued invoices and delivery orders are kept as long as Latvian accounting law requires.
