Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services of Cyber Zone computer club, operated by SIA "Cyber Zone" (reg. No. 40203678162), located at Lāčplēša iela 39B, Daugavpils, Latvia. By using our services you agree to these terms. The club provides gaming and entertainment services: gaming PCs, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles, racing simulators, VR and a VIP room. We also sell gaming hardware through the online shop on this website.

2.1. All visitors must treat the equipment with care. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the responsible party. 2.2. Food and drinks are allowed only in the designated areas. Spilling liquid on equipment may result in liability for the damage. 2.3. Keep headphone volume at a reasonable level so you do not disturb other guests. 2.4. Installing personal software on club equipment is not allowed. 2.5. Visitors must follow the instructions of the staff at all times.

3.1. The minimum age in the club is 8 years. Children under 12 may visit only accompanied by a parent or guardian; from the age of 12 a child may come on their own. 3.2. VR and the racing simulators are available from the age of 8, subject to the same rule about an accompanying adult. 3.3. An account on this website may be created from the age of 13. This matches the digital consent age set in Latvia. For a younger child, a booking is made by a parent from their own account. 3.4. Access to age-rated games is checked by the staff according to PEGI ratings.

4.1. You can book on the website, through the Telegram bot or by phone. A valid phone number or email address is needed to confirm the booking. 4.2. Regular game time is paid at the club. No prepayment is taken for an ordinary booking, so cancelling is free — we only ask that you let us know in advance so the slot can go to someone else. 4.3. Renting the hall for a birthday or a corporate event is confirmed by a prepayment. The prepayment is non-refundable: the whole floor is reserved for the event and withdrawn from sale for that time. 4.4. If the club cancels a booking itself — equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances — we return the prepayment in full: exactly the amount you paid. Pay 30 EUR, get 30 EUR back. A refund does not mean compensation beyond the amount paid. 4.5. A booking for a specific date and time is a leisure service. Under Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it.

5.1. Orders are placed on this website. Prices are shown including VAT. 5.2. Delivery is by courier or to a parcel locker at the rates shown at checkout. The delivery address and phone number are passed to the carrier so that the parcel can be delivered. 5.3. A consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. An email to info@cyberzone.lv is enough. 5.4. The goods must be sent back within 14 days of announcing the withdrawal, complete and undamaged. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. 5.5. We refund the money within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us or until you provide proof that they were sent. 5.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to individual order, or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery where a return is not possible for reasons of hygiene. 5.7. If the goods turn out to be faulty, statutory consumer guarantee rights apply for two years from delivery.

6.1. VR is not recommended for people with epilepsy or heart conditions, or for pregnant women. Use is at your own risk. 6.2. We recommend taking a break every 30 minutes during long VR sessions. 6.3. Report any equipment fault or safety concern to the staff immediately. 6.4. Emergency exits are clearly marked. Please note the evacuation routes when you arrive.

7.1. The club is not liable for personal belongings left unattended. 7.2. Users are liable for damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence. 7.3. The club's liability for any single incident is limited to the value of the services purchased. 7.4. By using our services you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with the GDPR. It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and which rights you have — including the right to complain to Datu valsts inspekcija.

We may change these terms. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the new terms. We announce significant changes on the website in advance.
