1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Cyber Zone computer club services located at Lačpleša iela 39b, Daugavpils, Latvia. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The club provides gaming and entertainment services including VR experiences, racing simulators, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X consoles, and gaming PCs.
2. Service Usage Rules
2.1. All visitors must treat equipment with care and respect. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the responsible party.
2.2. Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas. Spilling liquids on equipment may result in liability for damages.
2.3. Volume levels on headphones must be kept at reasonable levels to avoid disturbing other guests.
2.4. Personal software installation on club equipment is strictly prohibited.
2.5. Visitors must follow staff instructions at all times.
3. Age Restrictions
3.1. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
3.2. Some VR experiences may have minimum age requirements due to health and safety considerations.
3.3. Access to age-restricted games will be verified by staff in accordance with PEGI ratings.
4. Booking and Cancellation
4.1. Bookings can be made online or in person. A valid email address or phone number is required for booking confirmation.
4.2. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
4.3. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time may forfeit the prepaid amount.
4.4. The club reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. VR usage is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, heart conditions, or pregnancy. Users proceed at their own risk.
5.2. We recommend taking breaks every 30 minutes during extended VR sessions.
5.3. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to staff immediately.
5.4. Emergency exits are clearly marked. Please familiarize yourself with evacuation routes upon arrival.
6. Liability
6.1. The club is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
6.2. Users are responsible for any damage caused to equipment through misuse or negligence.
6.3. The club's liability for any incident is limited to the value of services purchased.
6.4. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
7. Data Processing

8. Changes to Terms
