When booking through the website, the client provides their name, email address, phone number, selects a service, date, time, duration, number of participants, and may add a message. This data is used for booking management and communication.
Like most websites, cyberzone.lv uses cookies. Google Maps is loaded on the page, which means transmitting IP address and browser data to Google. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics are not connected to the site at the moment; if they appear, we will enable them only after your consent. By default, browsers send technical data (IP address, browser type, device), which are recorded in server logs.
Social networks (Facebook, Instagram) are used for promotion. When visiting these platforms, their data processing policies apply.
We process name, contact details, and booking information to conclude and execute the service agreement (game time on a PC, console, racing simulator, VR or in the VIP room), create a user account, and inform about order status.
Analytical data and aggregated statistics are used to improve the site, ensure security, prevent fraud, and optimize services. Our legitimate interests do not violate users' rights and freedoms.
Financial reporting, storage of invoices and payment data are performed in accordance with Latvian tax and accounting laws.
Electronic marketing (newsletter, special offers) will only be sent with explicit consent. Users can withdraw consent at any time through the "unsubscribe" link or by contacting us.

> Account: the app uses the same account as cyberzone.lv and the club. It shows and processes the same data listed above: name, email, phone, bookings, tournament registrations, balance, sessions and achievements at the club.
> Camera: is used only to read the QR code on a club PC screen. Images are not stored or sent anywhere; only the code from the QR is sent, to start a session on that PC.
> Booking reminders: if you allow notifications, we store your phone's push address and the app language to send a reminder an hour and 30 minutes before a booking. Notifications are delivered by Expo (650 Industries, Inc., USA) and Apple's or Google's notification service; they receive only the device address and the notification text (booking zone and time). The address is deleted when you turn reminders off, sign out or delete your account.
> On the device: the app keeps your sign-in in the phone's encrypted storage, plus settings (language, reminders).
> No ads or tracking: the app has no ads, analytics or tracking across apps and websites.
> Account deletion: in the app: Profile → Delete account. The account is closed and personal data is anonymised, the same as when deleting via the website. All ways to delete.
> IT service providers: verified contractors are used for website hosting, data storage, and security, acting on our behalf and signing confidentiality agreements.
> Payment systems: if online payment occurs, data is transmitted to the payment provider. We do not store bank card data.
> Analytical services: analytics cookies are not in use at the moment. If they appear, only after consent.
> Government authorities: data may be disclosed upon lawful request (e.g., during tax audit or investigation).
Analytics or email services may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, data transfer occurs based on standard contractual clauses (SCC) or other GDPR-approved mechanisms. We ensure recipients comply with high data protection standards.
When you order from the online shop we process your name, delivery address, phone number, email and the contents of the order. We need this to put the order together, deliver it and meet accounting and tax requirements.
The delivery address and phone number are passed to the carrier — a courier service or a parcel locker operator. Without this the parcel cannot be delivered. The carrier processes this data as an independent recipient, under its own policy.
If the purchase is made by a company, we also process the company name, registration number, VAT number and legal address in order to issue an invoice.
Order data is kept for at least 5 years, as required by Latvian tax and accounting rules.
An account on this website can be created from the age of 13, the digital consent age set in Latvia. We do not create accounts for younger children.
For a child under 13 the booking is made by a parent or guardian from their own account, and then we process the data of the adult, not of the child.
If it turns out that an account was created by a child under 13, we will delete their data. A parent can write to us at info@cyberzone.lv.
You can also book through the Telegram bot. In that case we store your Telegram chat identifier so that we can send booking confirmations and reminders, together with the name and phone number you provide.
Telegram itself remains an independent controller and processes your data under its own privacy policy.
